We offer free 48 hour tracked delivery within the UK for all sample requests. This is made carbon neutral via an offsetting scheme.
Sample orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, generally this is within 2 days. You will receive an automated fulfilment email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

You will need at least 2 people to unload deliveries. If there are access restrictions please tell us in advance.
Dispatched via pallet freight. If you require a tail-lift for delivery please let us know and we can arrange accordingly.

Flat Pack & Table tops
Standard delivery via 48 hour tracked. Lead time on all furniture is 1-2 weeks and you will receive an email when your order is ready to ship.
24 hour tracked services are available upon request.
We offer sea, air, and road freight as well as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) and customs services.
International orders are fulfilled on an individual basis using the most appropriate service.

You can collect your order from our Birmingham factory for free, we just need 48 hours notice (working days only).
International customers can also arrange their own shipping from us, drop us an email to get started.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unaltered, with any applicable labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refer to our technical data sheet, installation guide, and specification sheets to manage your expectations of the material and its characteristics. What constitutes a defective product is at our discretion.
Orders of sheet material have only the Foresso face finished. This means that the sides are considered factory edges and can be rough or have other oddities. Additionally, the plywood underside may have marks or similar from being handled in our workshop.
Foresso sheets are handmade items that do not come off a production line, therefore exact flatness of sheets will vary, and they can be bowed or cupped. Additionally will surface flatness, chip density, and other aspects can vary as detailed in our Technical Data Sheet and on our samples.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as custom colours, custom orders, and CNC cut orders), except in the circumstances where there is a manufacturer’s issue.
We do not accept returns of any samples or offcuts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
