Dalston Kitchen & Dining Room

FIRM-ad

Foresso floor in Bianco Mono to compliment the light and airy space built around a central courtyard.

The Foresso tiles were installed using face fixings and grip adhesive with flexible grout in the 2mm tile gap. Working closely with the client and contractor was key to supporting the project throughout the installation and after-care process.

Foresso floor and skirting in a bespoke red-brown binder with Oak timber. Shelves in Bianco Mono.

The Foresso was provided as sheets and installed by the project contractor, joins were filled with a brown silicone to prevent water ingress and all timber surfaces were sealed with an extra coat of hardwax oil once work was completed.

Transit Studio

Countertops and tables for a wine bar in Dalston, East London, with Sycamore and Walnut in a pastel pink binder.

Transit Studio created a palette of materials that draws on the history of the local area as both the Kings Lands, an forest filled hunting ground, and the brick fields and brick kilns that came after. We advised on the sourcing and choice of timber to achieve a warm surface that perfectly compliments the small plates on offer.
