What Is It Made From?
Extraction Dust
We developed No-Chip to find a use for our own extraction dust. Each standard sheet uses a 25 litre bucket full.
Wood Waste
We collect wood dust from small local businesses as well as from our own machinery. Usually dust like this would go to landfill or be burned.
Binder
We use a non-toxic and formaldehyde free binder glue to stick everything together. We developed this usage in-house and is a unique water based formulation.
