Foresso is a practical new sheet material that was inspired by offcuts seen stacked in a carpentry workshop, it celebrates the variety and beauty of end grain timber. We combine traditional casting processes with state-of-the-art manufacturing and a strong focus on sustainability to create unique solutions for architecture and interiors.

The London Collection

Our first collection is a homage to London's neighbourhoods, with each colourway inspired by the aesthetic and rich history of the city.

Both pleasingly modern and classically styled terrazzo can be found everywhere - from restaurant entryways in Belgravia to flooring in the London Underground. The London Collection takes cues from these familiar places to produce a new and original material.

To compliment each colourway we use timber sourced from trees felled within London.

Our Materials

We use only FSC certified British timber sourced from local sawmills as offcuts or pieces unsuitable for the joinery industry. This is mixed with a binder composed of cement, resin and pigment to produce a durable material.

We are committed to reducing our ecological impact and we continuously improve our production processes to reduce waste and find new ways to incorporate recycled material into Foresso.

Formats & Finishing

Foresso is available as a standardised 2.4 x 1.2m sheet material with an FSC birch plywood substrate. It can be cut using standard woodworking tools or CNC machined to fit any project.

The timber is sealed with a hardwax oil to ensure a long-lasting and beautiful surface.
